We have KPIs and targets we expect our recruiters to achieve. These are tracked so everyone can see how they’re doing on a daily basis, and additional support or training can be given where needed. This is not an opportunity for those who do not like working towards targets or who cannot take feedback in order to improve.

Taking into account basic salary, commission, and bonuses, if you work hard, apply the skills taught and feedback given, you’ll quickly be earning a six-figure salary.

We primarily support the life sciences, chemical, health & social care industries, and others on a more minor basis, though these can vary per country.

Prague is our main hub, where most of our people are based, and most of our job opportunities across all languages.Â
LONDON
The London office is home to some of our most senior recruiters. Opportunities in this office are primarily for experienced recruiters.
BUCHAREST
Those working in our Bucharest office are mainly focused on sourcing for some of our largest UK client accounts.
BORDEAUX
Here we are looking for native French speakers to help deliver on our large French accounts in life sciences and healthcare.
BRIXEN
Our Brixen team are all native German speakers who focus on the life sciences and finance industries across the DACH region.
