This role will be suitable for someone who has already gained some experience within HR and would like to develop skills further within a reputable company. Good training will help you develop your skills fast and learn a lot of various skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Implementation of all strategic and operational HR issues in close cooperation with the managers
  • Takeover of personnel support for a defined group of employees
  • Participation in change and integration processes
  • Takeover of own HR projects
  • Close cooperation with interface functions such as Global Rewards, TA etc.

Requirements:

  • Studies with a focus on human resources management or comparable training
  • experience in a comparable position
  • Good knowledge of employment law
  • Fluent German and Business fluent English skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office know-how and of HR systems

Location is in Munchen area so will be convenient to local talent or someone who can relocate, come to the office a full time.
